2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MVP Lab. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Use of the Service

MVP Lab provides AI-powered tools to help you design, build, and deploy software applications. You may use the service for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use MVP Lab to create applications that are illegal, harmful, or infringe the rights of others; attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the service; use automated means to access the service beyond what we provide; or resell access to the service without our permission.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content, code, and materials you create using MVP Lab ("Your Content"). By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process Your Content solely to operate and provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Generated Code and Outputs

Code and other outputs generated by MVP Lab's AI features are provided to you for your use. You may use, modify, and distribute generated code as part of your applications.

Generated outputs are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that generated code is free of errors, security vulnerabilities, or third-party IP claims. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any generated code before use in production.

7. Published Applications

MVP Lab may allow you to publish and host applications. You are solely responsible for the content, functionality, and legality of any applications you publish through the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove published applications that violate these Terms or applicable law, or that pose a security risk.

8. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep MVP Lab available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

9. Fees and Payment

MVP Lab may offer free and paid plans. If you use a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. We will notify you of any pricing changes before they take effect.

We may change our pricing with reasonable notice. Your continued use of a paid plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MVP Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Disclaimers

MVP Lab is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MVP Lab from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, Your Content, applications you publish, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in South Africa, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
